Rifts Races in GURPS Terms

Converting the Rifts RCCs and races to GURPS 
usually consists of just the attribute 
conversion, the MDC to DR conversion (which 
is direct 1:1), and then converting the specific 
racial powers.  One thing I’ll say about 
Palladium.  Many of the same concepts as GURPS.  
Easily converted.  I’ve put some of the stranger 
powers here, and have converted a few of the 
races.  Expect more races from Atlantis and England soon.
